The Eisenhower Hall Theatre Season follows the academic year of the Cadets at the U. S. Military Academy. Dates for THIS year are (September thru April). Individual tickets for most shows will become available during the Season. HOW TO SUBSCRIBE Season Subscription Packages are sold during the summer months and are for performances presented during the academic school year. Dates for THIS year are (September thru April). Three performance packages will be offered at various prices. HOW TO ORDER TICKETS SINGLE TICKETS Individual ticket prices range from approximately $36 to $45 each for most performances, actual prices will be announced when the tickets go on sale. Click here for Individual Ticket Info GROUP TICKETS Have Friends? Come one, come all! For most performances, groups of 20 or more save 10% off the regular ticket price. Have more than 20 friends? Groups of 40 or more save 15% off the regular ticket price for most performances. We are pleased to accept fully-paid group orders in advance of invidual sale dates. Payment should be either in cash or single check. SEASON TICKETS ON SALE NOW! GIFT CERTIFICATES LOOKING FOR A SPECIAL GIFT? Gift certificates to The Eisenhower Hall Theatre make a perfect gift. They are available for purchase with cash or check, in person or by mail. 1) Gift certificates may be purchased in $5 increments with a $20 minimum. 2) Certificates may not be refunded or redeemed for cash. 3) Certificates are valid for payment toward any performance where tickets are available. 4) Any unused amount on a gift certificate may be donated to the Cadet Activities Fund, or will be set-up as a credit for the patron's future use, subject to the certificate's expiration date. 5) Lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced. Treat them as you would cash. 6) Gift certificates are valid for two years from the date of purchase. After two years from the date of purchase, the certificate will be void and considered a donation to the Cadet Activities Fund. THEATRE POLICY LATE SEATING Doors open one-half hour before each performance. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager according to the wishes of the artist. FAMILIES AND KIDS While most performances are suitable for the entire family, some programs may contain adult subject matter. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the Box Office. Please use discretion, and consider other audience members when deciding whether to bring infants and small children. Remember every patron, regardless of age, must have a ticket. PERFORMANCE POLICY Programs, artists and performance dates are subject to change without notice. Should circumstances prevent an attraction from appearing as announced, a replacement performance (which may be a different genre, at a different date, or time), will be rescheduled for subscribers. Refunds, credits or exchanges cannot be offered. In the event of adverse weather and/or less-than-ideal road conditions, the performance will go on as scheduled if the artist or attraction is present (no refunds, credits or exchanges will be offered). Cameras and recording equipment of any type are not permitted within the Theatre. SPECIAL ASSISTANCE Persons with special needs should call 845-938-4159 to inform the Box Office of their seating requirements. Limited handicapped parking is available adjacent to the theatre. BOX OFFICE The Box Office is open Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:00 pm, except holidays. The Box Office will be open prior to each performance for same-day sales. OPEN 24/7! Enjoy a sumptuous buffet in a relaxed casual atmosphere overlooking the majestic Hudson River. Mamie's Buffet features a delightful menu prepared by our award-winning CIA graduate Executive Chef. It includes dessert, coffee, and private cash bar. Mamie's Buffet opens 2 hours prior to all season subscription performances. GETTING ON POST Post is open to civilians; please have valid, government issued, photo ID (military ID, driver's license, DMV ID, passport, etc.) ready to show as you enter the gate. Please remember, all individuals 16 years of age and older must be prepared to present photo ID. WHERE TO PARK Come early! Traffic and parking near the Theatre become congested prior to showtime. FREE Parking is available in lots near the river, adjacent to the theatre. Plan to arrive at least one hour prior to curtain.
